You’ll partner closely with schools to understand their hiring needs, culture and future workforce plans, then connect them with educators who are looking for their next step , not just their next job. This is relationship-led, consultative recruitment where quality, trust and outcomes matter. From proactive business development and talent attraction through to offer management, onboarding and post-placement support - you’ll be a trusted advisor to both schools and educators, shaping careers and strengthening school communities. You will: You’ll take full ownership of a high-impact perm desk, balancing relationships, commercial outcomes and candidate experience: Grow and manage a portfolio of schools, partnering with leaders on long-term staffing and workforce needs Win new business through proactive, meaningful school engagement and market knowledge Scope permanent roles with clarity, understanding school culture, leadership style and expectations Source, attract and engage high-quality educators through multiple channels Interview, assess and shortlist candidates, matching capability, values and aspirations Manage offer processes, negotiations and resignations with confidence and professionalism Support candidates and schools through notice periods, onboarding and transition into role Maintain rigorous compliance and uphold child safety standards at every stage Build long-term talent pipelines rather than reactive candidate pools Collaborate closely with your team to share insights, celebrate wins and solve challenges together This is a role where pace meets purpose, and where placements leave a lasting legacy.
